New industrial area „Kyjovská“ in Havlíčkův Brod

B:REAL ESTATE is preparing the construction of a new industrial zone of fewer than 3 hectares in the Kyjovská location in Havlíčkův Brod. There will be newly built industrial halls for rent for production and storage. The total rentable area will be about 10 thousand m². The lands in question are already owned by B:PARK KYJOVSKÁ, currently under preparation of projects.
