B:REAL ESTATE, s.r.o., member of the B:GROUP, a.s. became the owner of a former manufacturing facility ZETOR in Havlíčkův Brod. The industrial area called B:PARK STROJÍRENSKÁ with a size of about 4 hectares will be gradually revitalized and leased mainly to production companies. The total rentable area will be approx. 20 thousand m².
