B:PARK expands its portfolio with an industrial complex in Ždírec nad Doubravou

The real estate group B:PARK has purchased the Dekora Jeníček production complex in Ždírec nad Doubravou. The 2ha industrial complex called B:PARK NÁDRAŽNÍ will be gradually leased mainly to manufacturing or logistics companies. The total leasable area is about 9,000 sqm.
