B:GROUP acquired MERCON Přerov

On August 1, 2020 B: GROUP became the 100% owner of the shares of MERCON spol. s r.o. and MERCON Přerov s.r.o. MERCON is a Czech company that has been on the market for over 25 years.

The focus of his activities is on turnkey deliveries in the areas of industrial automation, measurement and control, electrical installation and switch cabinet construction.

The B:GROUP will thus combine the traditional suppliers of industrial automation, namely B:TECH, ZPA INDUSTRY and MERCON. This creates a very strong team of 200 experts in Prague, Brno, Karlovy Vary, Přerov and Havlíčkův Brod, which will be able to implement even larger and more complex projects and respond to customer needs in the areas of automation, robotics and service in many industrial segments in the Czech Republic and abroad.
