Industrial Services

Under the B:TECH and MERCON brands, weoperate in the field of industrial services (industrial technologies). We provide turnkey solutions in industrial automation, robotics, electrical drives, and high-voltage electrical installations. We execute projects both in the Czech Republic and globally for clients from the EU, primarily in the energy, food, chemical, automotive, water treatment, handling, and logistics sectors.

Energy

We operate a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of just under 1 MWp, which serves as a sustainable energy source. Additionally, we undertake projects focused on providing ancillary services for power grid balancing, which helps stabilize the energy infrastructure and improve the reliability of electricity supply.

Industrial Real Estates

We manage and operate our own industrial parks while also developing new industrial facilities. Our intention is to maintain long-term ownership of these industrial parks and support their growth. Additionally, we seek opportunities to develop new locations that meet the specific needs of our clients.

Financial Investments

We are building our own investment portfolio in the areas of private equity and venture capital. We invest intentionally as a limited partner, focusing on the careful selection of high-quality general partners (GPs). Additionally, we invest in the stock and bond markets.
